DBN is a trading education and simulation platform that provides ICT (Inner Circle Trader) and Smart Money Concepts (SMC) educational content, trading simulators, analytical tools, and journaling features. DBN does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.
All content, tools, and simulators on this platform are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, whether real or simulated, is not indicative of future results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
DBN offers a 14-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Partial-month refunds are not provided for cancelled subscriptions; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All content on DBN — including educational materials, simulators, tools, code, design, and branding — is owned by DriveByNumbers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Our trading simulators use algorithmically generated price data designed to mimic realistic market conditions. Simulated performance does not guarantee or predict real-market results. Simulated environments may not fully replicate real-market conditions including liquidity, slippage, and execution differences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of DBN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
